Espie Hernandez has been teaching professionally since 2000 and in 2001 began, competing and performing at an international level. She is nationally and internationally recognized as one of the best female dancers and instructors in California. Espie is a certified dance instructor having received her DVIDA® Certification. The DVIDA® Syllabus is being used by hundreds of studios and teachers in the United States and is recognized by the National Dance Council of America (NDCA the official governing body for dancing in the United States.) In 2011 Espie was Nominated for a "Golden Salsa Award" for best Female Salsa Instructor.
