How do I return or exchange an item?

  • Please email customer service at for returns or exchanges.
  • You must contact us, within 30 days of placing your order, before returning any item.
  • By showing us proof you've shipped the return (such as a valid tracking number), we will send your replacement product (if applicable) as soon as we can verify your return is on its way back to us.
  • We cannot reimburse you for your shipping or packaging costs.
  • Returned cannot be processed without a return authorization. A return authorization will be e-mailed to you when requested.
  • Please insure your return packages; we are not responsible for returned merchandise while it is in transit.

Wrong Merchandise
If we've sent you the wrong merchandise, returns are handled just like other returned merchandise.

Items must be in like-new condition, with all original packaging and contents.

Videos, DVD, and CDs
Opened videos, DVDs, or CDs can only be exchanged for the exact same item.
