Return Policy

General Policy

  • You must contact us before returning any item.
  • You must contact us within 30 days of placing your order.
  • By showing us proof you've shipped the return (such as a valid tracking number), we will send your replacement product (if applicable) as soon as we can verify your return is on its way back to us.
  • We cannot reimburse you for your shipping or packaging costs.
  • Any items returned without a return authorization slip will be rejected. A return authorization slip will be e-mailed to you when requested.
  • Please insure your return packages. We are not responsible for returned merchandise while it is in transit.

Wrong Merchandise

  • If we've sent you the wrong merchandise, returns are handled just like other returned merchandise.


  • Items must be in like-new condition, with all original packaging and contents.


  • We cannot accept returns on any worn or altered clothing.

Videos, DVD, and music CDs

  • Opened videos, DVDs, or CDs can only be exchanged for the exact same item.


  • Prints can only be exchanged for the exact same item.

Unique/Limited/Vintage Items

  • Unique, limited, and vintage edition items are sold as-is and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • We attempt to accurately describe and depict unique and limited edition items. Please contact us before purchase with any questions or concernts.
